The Challenge:

Transformation/Agile Coaches will have a passion for user centered design, complex problem solving, the ability to work across multiple business units, exceptional communication skills, and be able to bring ideas to life visually. In this role, you must be curious and empathetic while learning and driving different ways of working.

While the ideal candidate has a broad range of knowledge and experiences with topics such as Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Start-up, Business Model Innovation, Six Sigma and/or other agile frameworks/methodologies, their portfolio showcases

  • A background in, and understanding the key differences of, teaching, coaching, facilitation, design, and education;
  • experience designing and delivering classes, workshops, and/or coaching sessions.
  • openness to learning a different way of working – indeed, hungry for that!
  • championing the agile mindset and principles for project teams; coaching and mentoring teams to embrace and build an environment where continuous improvement is a constant focus.
  • coaching, managing and influencing change at all levels of the organization to understand the benefits of working agile.
  • coaching agile delivery teams and organizational leaders in agile principles and practices;
  • inspiring and supporting change at individual, team and organizational levels in the adoption and ongoing improvements of effective and scalable agile methods, processes, tools and metrics.
  • Excellent 'soft' people skills and solid core business skills (business / change efforts)

They must be willing to constantly embrace new challenges and have the commitment to solve gnarly IT and business challenges to impact the innovation across a large organization. This individual will be dedicated to designing, facilitating, and delivering high quality training materials, workshops and coaching sessions.



  • Support the scoping, designing, preparation, and delivery of training classes, workshop facilitations, and coaching sessions, and managing the success of each. Visualization and documentation of the results obtained.
  • Influence adoption of best practices
  • Identify fields of action and adaptation requirements in the existing methodology landscape and develop appropriate recommendations for action and coordinate these with stakeholders.
  • Positioned at the leading-edge of Agile development practices to identify new methods and approaches such as agile approaches, Design Thinking, DevOps, Lean-StartUp methods, etc., and contribute to their incubation throughout the organization.
  • Where necessary, assist with building up the roles of Agile Coach, Product Owner, Scrum Master and other agile-focused roles and responsibilities as part of Coaching.
  • Take on coordination and organizational tasks in IT Innovation & Platform Architecture.
  • Manage own workload including accurate effort estimating



  • University degree in Business, Information Systems (IT), Education or related field.
  • Sound knowledge of project and process management.
  • Ideally good knowledge of current approaches and methods in the areas of ​problem solving, creativity, and ​product and software development (eg Design Thinking, DevOps, Agile Scrum, Business Model Innovation, Lean Start-Up, etc.).
  • Constant desire for learning new techniques and improving existing ones
  • Experience in the execution of process analysis and the development of target processes.
  • Experience in organizing and conducting training classes, workshops and/or coaching sessions.
  • Strong communication, design and execution skills including presentation, oral, written and video.
  • Excellent collaboration, facilitation and visualization capabilities to build credibility and trust within intra- and inter-dependent teams and management.
  • Analytical mind and quick comprehension.
  • A desire to work on complex tasks.
  • Desire to influence business decisions/processes through effective networking.
  • Open to new ideas and not hesitant to question the status quo.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meeting deadlines. Ability to be a “team player” as well as recognizing their role in an independent manner. Self-motivated.
  • Proficient in English; multi-lingual skills desirable (German/Spanish).
  • Demonstrable proficiency utilizing an enterprise Agile management tool (e.g. JIRA)
  • Demonstrable proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight – up to 20%
