- Create and develop the sales plan (LRP) with specific customers in China supported by global sales. -25%
- Maintain cash flow and profit to achieve corporate finance target. -20%
- Provide coaching, advice and insights to help account manager fully deliver sales plan, manage efforts of account manager in battle plan, business acquisition and commercial negotiation. – 20%
- Implement business decision by top management in CQA, MSR and other commercial related. -15%
- Provide customer strategic points, competitive intelligence, customer voice etc for global CSR and May target review. -5%
- Monitor customer market dynamics and adjust business behavior to adapt trend changes.-5%
- Establish account manager/account representative’s individual career path. -5%
- Promote advanced Active and Passive Safety system concept to COEM customer in China. – 5%
