Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager in Korea.
Your Task:
- Accountability for and control of customer interface such that the customer relationship is clearly owned by BAM.
- Most senior customer facing executive below BoM – connects with customer “Head of Purchasing & Strategy”.
- The BAM ensures all P&L related KPIs are aligned with the Divisions and tracks execution within the KAE-Sales-Team, accountability for supporting profitable new business and managing pre-/post-launch profitability.
- The BAM will own and execute ZF’s strategy with the customer and is “linked” with Division by jointly agreed targets for respective OEM.
- Responsible for a ‘living’ and ‘actionable’ global customer strategy. Specifically, the identification of strategic/business opportunities / must win targets to grow the business profitable. Driver of the GCSR process.
- Responsible for the alignment of the product strategies of the Division with the customer strategy.

Strong leadership and matrix skills with team spirit and global view.

Vision/Ability to drive customer strategy forward and to win profitable business in close alignment with Division and PL’s.

Very analytical thinking and strong business acumen.

Strategic and entrepreneurial drive with ability to cooperate in network with Divisions/Product Planning/Business Planning/Regions.

Strong (global) networking and coordination/cooperation skills.

High level of stress resistance and very resilient.

Deep understanding of automotive business, market trends, innovation.

BoM / C-Suite interaction experience for alignment and discussions.
