Job Description

What you can look forward to as Local Customer Manager Korea (DIV E) (m/f/d):

• Serve as the primary local contact for the customer's project management and leadership teams.
• Represent the Germany-based Project Manager and support execution of project priorities, actions, and communications at the customer site.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders through regular on-site presence.
• Ensure effective communication and information flow between the customer and ZF teams in Germany.
• Proactively identify customer concerns, project risks, and escalation needs, and coordinate resolution with the responsible teams.
• Act as a cultural bridge between Korean and German organizations, facilitating mutual understanding and effective collaboration.
• Organize and support customer meetings, project reviews, management visits, and workshops.
• Work closely with the ZF Engineering Resident to provide a consistent and professional customer experience while maintaining clear ownership of non-technical topics.
