Head of Procurement Country, Korea

Job Description

The position is a country leadership position with a full accountability to:

• Lead KR procurement organization as end-to-end country head, own strategy, execution, governance, and team performance
• Drive cost competitiveness, productivity, and margin contribution across PM & NPM while ensuring strong performance management and execution discipline
• Manage and optimize large, complex supplier base, drive SRM across cost, quality, delivery, innovation, and risk
• Explore and lead localization & strategic transformation
• Support regional alignment, ensure supply continuity, compliance, and risk control

Required skills and experience

• Strong leadership with experience managing sizable teams & country-level scope
• Proven track record in large spend and strategic sourcing
• Expertise in supplier management, localization, and cost competitiveness
• Strong business acumen & global supply chain exposure
• Effective in matrix, cross-country environment (KR/JP/global)
• Fluent in Korean and fluent in English
