What you can look forward to as Senior Supplier Chain Executive 

•  To manage oversea and local material expedite, de-expedite, or cancellation with suppliers per weekly MRP loading, to improve on Customer order fulfilment rate, to optimize production planning, reduce inventory level, reduce inbound cost.
•  To co-ordinates purchasing activities with sourcing, Engineering, planning, customer service and Program team eg NPI, resource, Engineering change request.
•  Preparing reports such as Material Intake Report with supllier commitment, Goods-in-transit report, Supplier Delivery performance report.
•  To participate on Lead time and MOQ reduction program, Safety Stock implementation, Risk Buy Management, Staggered inbound program, cost management.
•  To analyze and review the Monthly Inventory Analysis report with monthly meeting with relevant team, to reduce inventory level, to evaluate aging stocks.
•  To Assist Supply Chain Manager in any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Your Profile as Senior Supplier Chain Executive：

•  Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administrative Management.
•  Minimum 5 years working experiences in Supply Chain, preferably Executive specializing in planning/ Inventory/ material/ purchasing or equivalent.
•  Able to communicate well in verbal (Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia) and written (English and Bahasa Malaysia). 
•  Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills.
•  Adaptability, flexibility and systematic.
•  Building internal & External Relationships 
•  BPCS/SAP knowledge
