Responsibilities
• Develop an accountable, collaborative, diverse, entrepreneurial, and passionate team
• Drive profitable growth for the aftermarket regionally, incl. the achievement of sales and margin targets in each country within the respective region trough product portfolio and business channel deployment. Support regional margin optimization in alignment with global pricing guidelines & processes
• Responsible to drive, maintain and grow the business line product portfolio SoM% and business expansion targets for each existing and future business channels. This includes (product, kit, system, service as product, digital and telematic including efficiencies with OTA, reman and retrofit)
• Driver of product portfolio
• Drive sustainability and innovation to influence product line revenue and margin goals
• Responsible for incremental, radical, and transformational portfolio with strong collaboration with the Strategic Pricing, Margin, Digital Transformation teams.
• Strong partnership, collaboration and influence over Go-To-Market and marketing portfolio strategies ensuring BL positive differentiation towards competition
• Product and business channels compliance to commercial policy, frameworks, guidelines
• Pilots and deploys user-centric solutions to systematically build an advanced project management environment as the basis to resiliently execute project management according to Functional Excellence standards with end-to-end accountability
• Establishes systematic transparency on the health status of the projects and aggregates into the health status of the project portfolio
Skills & Experience
• 8-10 years experience with a deep understanding of regional aftermarket value chain (Product Management, pricing, marketing, branding, distribution), customer requirements and trends
• Strong leadership, influencing, and people skills with strategic thinking abilities
• Passionate to build faster-better-more efficient. Able to drive in a complex organization.
• Finance fundamentals, analytical, and problem-solving skills driven by a Build-Measure-Learn MO
• Pivot or Grow strategist with market pull and discernment
• Business Model Canvas to propel new business channels and increase SoM on existing business
• ZF systems, SAP, Cognos, Salesforce
• Strong collaborator and partner between the different aftermarket teams
• Passionate to elevate aftermarket as the talent HUB for the company
