About the team:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director (m/f/d) Warehousing Europe to join our department Operations & Materials Management (BEO) at one of our locations Germany-wide, leading the storage, handling, and distribution of aftermarket parts. In this key role, you will drive operational excellence by ensuring efficient warehouse management aligned with our company's strategic goals. What you can look forward to as Director (m/f/d) Warehousing Europe:

• Lead the management of all warehousing facilities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for warehousing that align with broader business goals, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Oversee and mentor warehouse management teams across various locations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices to improve warehouse management systems, inventory accuracy, and workflow efficiency
• Ensure all warehouses comply with health and safety regulations, leading initiatives to maintain a safe working environment

Your profile as Director (m/f/d) Warehousing Europe:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree, at least 10 years of professional experience
• Proven track record in senior warehousing or logistics management roles within the automotive aftermarket or a related industry. Experience in managing multi-site operations across Europe is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive high performance, problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with business objectives
• Solid understanding of budget management and cost control in a warehousing environment
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies
