Product Owner - E-Commerce Market Intelligence (m/f/d)

We reinforce our team E-Commerce Team for our After-Market Division in Sao Domingos de Rana (close to Lisbon). ZF is a global technology company and supplies systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and industrial technology, enabling the next generation of mobility. ZF allows vehicles to see, think and act. In the four technology domains: Vehicle Motion Control, Integrated Safety, Automated Driving and Electric Mobility. In Lisbon we located our growing E-Commerce Hub. 

 

Your tasks as Product Owner - E-Commerce Market Intelligence (m/f/d): 

  • Lead E-Commerce Solutions & Market Intelligence strategy for the Digital Market Channel organization, to enable efficient development of new digital commerce business, e.g. based on real-time market data (generated by 3rd parties or by own operation across 3rd party channels, e.g on Amazon).
  • Work with ZF business stakeholders across divisions to understand opportunities, help ideate solutions, prioritize feature implementations and lead the delivery of e-commerce solution and market intelligence into the aftermarket and it’s digital commerce channels. 
  • Contribute to and drive ZF’S digital commerce opportunity management, analyzing data from ZF’s digital commerce channels and encompassing technology and data portfolio, software, service and data assets. Drive integration and alignment with revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, customer support, pricing, advanced analytics etc.
  • Enable capitalization of revenue opportunities for data and digital products with other market players, data providers and customers (e.g. Amazon, TecAlliance, etc). Develop and justify business cases and multi-year scenario planning.
  • Responsible for scanning the external environment, recognizing e-commerce solution and data monetization opportunities and establish strategic direction, while aligning with ZF product roadmaps, ZF's digital & E-commerce strategy.

 

Your profile as  Product Owner - E-Commerce Market Intelligence (m/f/d):

  • Completed degree in Computer Engineering or Data Science, Business Administration or Marketing with solid business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Demonstrates tangible business results within former data monetization or data science roles within top tier consultancy or e-commerce company
  • Expert in data Analytics and modeling to enable new business and solutions and experience as product owner, managing an entire solution lifecycle
  • Strong development and data management skills (e.g. Python pyspark, Azure data bricks, SQL, MS Power Apps) and familiarity in liaising between business stakeholders and the delivery team
  • Strong time management skills to support multiple projects simultaneously under high time pressure  ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
