About the Team:

The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.

Our cross-functional team includes members from supply chain management (SAP EWM), finance (accounting, controlling, tax), R&D, HR, sales, quality, and production operations.

We are searching for a new teammember as Operations Product Lifecycle Management Specialist (m/f/d) to Coordinate & Drive Domain Operations activities in the PLM Program.

What you can look forward to as Operations Product Lifecycle Management Specialist (m/f/d):

• Driving the activities of Domain Operations in the PLM Program with regards to the migration to the new strategic platform, including end-to-end process design and standardization together with process experts and process owners
• Orchestrate cross-divisional process expert team, ensuring that the domain’s requirements towards the PLM program are delivered & tested from PDM to ERP and sub systems to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform
• Engagement of process management organization (PEX/DPOs/GPOs/PEs)
• Accountable for overall domain deliveries to common project plan
• Manage the interfaces and dependencies between PLM & ERP programs
• Represent the domain in common workshops and meetings
• Ensure communication flow in all directions
• Present status & results in project review meetings

Your Profile as Operations Product Lifecycle Management Specialist (m/f/d):

• Profound knowledge of manufacturing processes and shopfloor systems
• Motivated by working in interdisciplinary teams, acting as a facilitator
• Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in the relation between PLM/PDM systems & SAP with regards to product & factory data management
• Skills in Windchill and SAP are a beneficial
• Knowledge of IT architecture concepts and data management
