Global CRM Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague in the Aftermarket department at our location in Sao Domingo da Rana


Your tasks: 

  • Development and enhancement of the global CRM strategy for ZF Aftermarket, in close collaboration with CRM departments.
  • Responsible to govern relationship between IT and business functions to improve global consistency of CRM applications, to reduce "silos" and redundancies in existing and new projects. Assess and consolidate all relevant requirements and specifications by the business, identify new improvement areas individually, channel demands and development projects towards IT. Product ownership of all CRM applications from a business point of view.
  • Ensure all related functions understand the output value of CRM processes, tools and data and that it gets utilized to improve the following global areas of concern for ZF Aftermarket: business administration processes, sales and marketing efficiency, data driven decision making processes and leveraging cross- and upselling opportunities.
  • Act as agile leader for the growing community of CRM champions and for the central CRM Team.
  • Lead and support the local setup of the CRM solution, incl. data migration, ERP connection, testing, user training, ect., for North, South, Central Amerika and EEMEA


Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Information Architecture, or related Marketing / IT field, or comparable practical qualification 
  • Multiple years’ experience in product ownership within CRM environment, with proven track record of achieving milestones and delivering impact on business
  • Strong understanding of ERP structures, Data Bases, Business Intelligence and expert Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (User & Admin)
  • Advanced experience in the management of IT development demand processes in combination with first Agile Management & Leadership experience (e.g. within Scrum), including the capability to influence, manage and lead others without organizational empowerment
  • Fluent English skills (verbal & written), global mindset, highly organized, excellent self-management and prioritization skills, operating with little supervision in complex environment, strong analytical mindset with sense for data driven business optimization
