This key person is responsible for the Digitalization using the Data Lake from our MES / ERP Systems strategic, creating interfaces and direct consulting’s for KPI’s for Operation Team (Maintenance \ Production \ Quality \ Logistics). 
Part of the new organization structure for the Industry 4 . 0 and Digitalization for Division C and Santa Rosa Plant. 

Job Responsibilities:
    - Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science
    - Preferable 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry standards or the electronic manufacturing Industry.
    - Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting and/or problem-solving techniques.
    - Physical Servers, Windows Computers, Linux Servers
    - Windows Server, Oracle SQL, MS SQL, Visual Studio
    - Digitalization Controls Engineer is responsible for implementing Production IT Security requirements into industrialization and digitalization projects.
    - Connectivity Engineer is responsible for implementing connectivity standards into industrialization and digitalization projects.
    - Responsible to plan, manage, optimize, and monitor Shopfloor Solutions and related devices which are needed to fulfill production processes.
    - Participate in different programs such as, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen , 5´S etc.

Qualifications:
    - High level of English proficiency is a must (Fully Bilingual).
    - Bachelor's degree.
    - 1 + years of experience in similar position

    - Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions, and solve problems independently.
    - Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    - Experience with: Office, Excel, Project, Power BI
    - Using MS Framework (C#, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate & SharePoint)
    - SQL, knowledge of relational databases
    - HTML, CSS & Javascript,
    - Basic understanding, or ability to learn, Lean Manufacturing.
    - Ability to become a highly effective communicator: verbal, written, and presentation.
    - Strong demonstrable knowledge of Manuf4.0, IoT, AR, VR, Big Data, Machine Learning
    - Open to learn and be trained in ERP functions and MES Support.
