We are looking for a Sr Supply Chain Planning Supervisor to join our team at Santa Rosa, Querétaro.

What you can look forward to as Sr Supply Chain Planning Supervisor

• Maintains responsibility for management of materials availability to support build plans throughout the product life cycle for a specific business unit or customer set.
• Leads efforts to reduce material cost and assess/respond to supply risks /  Manages the development of delivery requirements (OTD), material plans and short-range capacity plans to meet production schedules and inventory objectives / Lead the teams that are responsible for customer interface from SCM including relationship management and as focal point for all SCM related issues.
• Responsible for ownership of Site Inventory results working with site GM’s, SSCM managers and customer VP/GMs.
• Participates in process improvements to help achieve inventory targets and maximize return on investment in alignment with the Global Planning Corporate team.
• Responsible to ensure the overall SIOP process is followed according to the Procedure (Including Demand Management, MPS Analysis, Production Schedule, etc)
• Responsible to maintain the correct Planning Parameters / Responsible to drive Inventory Investments as needed.
• Responsible to ensure correct SS and ROP are set up to optimize Inventory Management. /  Responsible to ensure Revenue and Inventory projections are met.
• Responsible for annual physical inventory, site surplus/excess sale process and dispositioning of scrap material.

Your profile Sr Supply Chain Planning Supervisor:

• 5+ years of experience in similar position (as supervisor), focused in Production Panning within automotive business
• Good knowledge of customer portals (Ford, Stellantis, GM, Audi, etc.)
• Fully Bilingual
• SAP (must) QAD (niece to have)
