Position Overview

ZF is looking for a Quality Planning Product Line (CQM) for our location in Santa Rosa Queretaro.

Job responsabilities

• The key purpose is the coordination and execution of GDPEP quality activities within Program Management and Engineering Quality in the Product Line Brake Controls.
• Ensure fulfillment of quality-related GDPEP requirements in Gate Reviews and Project reviews.
• Internal and external escalation level for quality issues related to program management and customer specific issues  -> Key customer quality contact
• Ensure continuous improvement of quality performance and lessons learned in projects
• Provide Customer transparency (Score Cards, current Customer escalations and topics on PL Level)
• Ensures continuous improvement and lessons learned globally within Product Line (e.g. improvements GDPEP, PPAP) Project phase related
• Support onsite customer activities in global locations as required

Job requierments

• Bachelor’s degree
• English advanced
• Knowledge and experience in quality planning, quality management systems, quality tools & methods
• Deep understanding of product & processes in product line
• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with the quality customer contact 
• Project management knowledge
• Automotive experience (Is a plus)
• Willing to travel (Valid passport and Visa)
