About the Team 

ZF is looking for a operations manager  who will be responsible for being the liaison between Evercast, ZF Plant team and ZF Corporate team for the implementation of best practices based on the technical knowledge of machining and plating that lead to achieve business objectives. Based on the management systems of safety, environmental, quality, customers, corporate and others.

What can you look forward to as Production Unit Leader EVERCAST:

• Implement best practices to support on Manage assigned resources to ensure compliance with production objectives / Develop and integrate the necessary work teams aligned to ZF production system
• Asure production processes are carried out in accordance with the Quality System and ISO 14001 standards.
• Ensure daily production system is fulfilled and implement  based on ZF SFM
• Generate strategies to meet customer requirements.
• Support on meet the required volumes with the quality specifications requested by the client and the budget assigned to the area.
• Manage and verify the successful launch of new platforms/products.
• Make improvements to processes, automation, and ergonomics based on best practices implemented on ZF sites.
• Support on implement CPU strategies to achieve the budget allocated to the area / Support and Ensure predictive maintenance of tools / Ensure that Quality systems (procedures, policies, systems, etc.) are applied in the Management area and with direct and indirect collaborators.

Your Profile as Production Unit Leader EVERCAST:    

• Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
• 5+ years solid working experience in Operations and relevant Functions
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Transformation competence and organizational development skills
• Coaching and Mentoring Skills / Business / Finance Management / Results-oriented
• In Dept- Knowledge in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Production
• Advanced English
• The position involves spending 4 days in Irapuato, Guanajuato, and 1 day in Santa Rosa.
