About the Team

The Production team is responsible for executing the manufacturing plan safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer requirements. Working closely with Quality, HSE, Materials, and Maintenance, the team drives daily performance across productivity, cost, delivery, and safety. The environment is fast‑paced and highly collaborative, focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. The team plays a key role in meeting customer demand while ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.

What you can look forward to as Production Supervisor:

• Manage production resources to execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in quality, cost, quantity, and delivery.
• Monitor and control key indicators such as OEE, Scrap, Downtime, Productivity, Safety, and Quality.
• Coordinate model changes, line startups, and production sequencing based on customer and shipment requirements.
• Ensure correct documentation on production lines (Traveler Card, TPM, HIO, HTE, standard work, control plans).
• Lead daily activities including Andon response, escalation handling, material availability checks, and issue resolution.
• Improve standard work, balance production lines, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and manage operational personnel, including shift rotation, attendance, payroll incidents, and overtime.
• Support audits (internal, customer, third party) and ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, C‑TPAT, and OEA.

Your Profile as Production Supervisor:

• High school diploma or technical degree; 3+ years of experience in automotive production environments.
• Experience leading operational teams and managing shift-based manufacturing activities.
• Knowledge of production indicators, manufacturing processes, line balancing, and standard work development.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities (5-Why, root cause analysis) and skills in planning and execution.
• Ability to manage documentation, material needs, and communication with support functions.
• Familiarity with Kronos, Microsoft Office, and production planning tools.
• Ability to rotate shifts and manage personnel performance, training, and compliance.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality systems, and customer requirements.
