About the Team

You will join the New Programs team, responsible for leading the successful integration of new customer programs into the plant. The team works closely with Production, Machining, Materials, Logistics, and Corporate Program Management to ensure flawless launches. Collaboration, customer focus, and cross‑functional coordination define the team's culture as it supports the plant’s growth and operational excellence.

What you can look forward to as Coordinator New Programs:

• Ensure the effective integration and launch of new programs assigned to the plant.
• Plan and implement improvement activities that support program launch effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Production and Machining to secure line availability and part supply for special events.
• Maintain strong customer communication regarding APQP, PPAP, events, packaging, and launch status.
• Lead and coordinate all key events related to new programs, including New Program Master meetings.
• Support the Materials and Continuous Improvement areas, including supplier escalation calls.
• Manage assigned budgets and monitor weekly/monthly expenses for the area.
• Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and customer-specific standards (IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, C‑TPAT, OEA).

Your Profile as Coordinator New Programs:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similiar role. 
• Advanced English for customer and corporate communication.
• Strong experience in program launch, APQP processes, customer interaction, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Willingness to travel and attend off‑schedule shifts when required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex schedules, priorities, and multiple program activities.
• High sense of ownership, leadership, and customer satisfaction focus.
