About the Team

The Materials team plays a critical role in ensuring customer demand is fulfilled through effective production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. As part of a collaborative manufacturing environment, the team works closely with Production, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, and Purchasing to balance customer requirements with operational capacity. The department focuses on maintaining optimal inventory levels, supporting on-time delivery performance, and driving efficient use of resources while adhering to quality, environmental, and safety standards.

What you can look forward to as MPS:

• Receive, analyze, and manage customer requirements to ensure timely fulfillment and high delivery performance.
• Develop and maintain weekly production schedules based on customer demand, inventory policies, and production capacities.
• Monitor daily production performance and follow up on production plans through the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and materials teams to ensure material availability and efficient manufacturing flow.
• Maintain customer systems by updating forecasts, demand changes, volumes, and delivery commitments.
• Analyze inventory levels and material shortages, driving actions to minimize production interruptions.
• Prepare reports including production performance, sales forecasts, inventory status, and product availability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, health & safety, C-TPAT, OEA, and corporate management systems.

Your Profile as MPS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, materials management, supply chain, or a related area.
• Understanding of production scheduling, inventory management, forecasting, and customer demand planning.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
