We are looking for A Purchasing Intern to join our team in Santa Rosa:
 
What you can look forward to as Purchasing Intern:
• Review and update banking information in the supplier database and supplier approval in QAD for the South Hub plants.
• Database reporting, data verification, information requests from suppliers, and requests sent via MasterData.
• Maintain an updated supplier database in QAD and MasterData.
• Request for quotes from foreign indirect suppliers.
• Provided customer service to the South Hub regarding requests for quotes and the purchasing process.
 
Your profile as Purchasing Intern: 
• Student enrolled in the final semesters of Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related fields (administrative economics)
• Advanced English required (first interview English)
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI preferred
• Knowledge of an ERP is desirable
