About the Team

The Manufacturing team focuses on continuous improvement of production processes through the implementation of advanced Industry 4.0 technologies. The team collaborates closely with quality, engineering, and maintenance to optimize CNC machine performance and overall production systems. The environment is dynamic and driven by automation, real-time data analysis, and digitalization. It promotes hands-on learning and innovation in manufacturing processes.

What you can look forward to as Manufacturing Intern:

• Monitor and control cycle times on CNC machines.
• Support the implementation of quality management systems.
• Participate in Industry 4.0 initiatives within the plant.
• Analyze real-time data from IoT devices.
• Contribute to process digitalization and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Use CAD tools and Microsoft Office for technical tasks.
• Participate in automation and process optimization projects.

Your Profile as Manufacturing Intern:

• Student of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Core Tools and Continious Improvement knowledge is desired.
• Basic knowledge of CNC processes and cycle time monitoring.
• Interest in Industry 4.0 technologies and IoT data analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
• Basic programming knowledge (Ladder, C, and CNC).
• English proficiency.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Team player with adaptability to dynamic environments.
