About the Team

The Finance team at ZF plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the plant. Within the CAPEX and Fixed Assets area, the team focuses on managing investments, tracking assets, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Commerce. This position contributes to ongoing digitalization initiatives, improving asset management processes and data transparency. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure data integrity and process alignment.

What you can look forward to as CAPEX & Fixed Assets Intern:

• Support the administrative management of CAPEX and fixed assets processes.
• Assist in the digitalization of fixed asset tracking and documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of an interdepartmental database for asset monitoring.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of asset-related documentation across Finance, Operations, and Trade.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain updated asset information.
• Assist in audits and reporting activities related to fixed assets.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
• Participate in special projects related to asset management and financial controls.

Your Profile as CAPEX & Fixed Assets Intern:

• Bachelor’s studies in Accounting, Business Administration, or International Business.
• Familiarity with software tools (Excel - Intermediate level) for administrative tasks.
• English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest in finance, asset management, and process improvement.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
