About the Team

The Materials team plays a key role in ensuring efficient packaging and shipping operations across the plant. As part of the Packaging area, the team focuses on continuous improvement, process standardization, and digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational visibility and traceability. The intern will support cross-functional projects involving data analytics, process documentation, and automation solutions that contribute to operational excellence.

What you can look forward to as Intern Shipping & Packaging Process Digitalization:

• Support the digitalization and standardization of Shipping and Packaging processes.
• Collaborate in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Analyze operational and logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
• Assist in process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in automation initiatives focused on increasing efficiency and traceability within the Packaging and Shipping areas.
• Work closely with Materials, Logistics, and Operations teams on digital transformation projects.
• Support the continuity of the Pactrack Digitalization & Data Analytics project

Your Profile as Intern Shipping & Packaging Process Digitalization:

• Active student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Basic to intermediate experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Proactive attitude with interest in digital transformation and process improvement.
