About the Team

 

The HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) team is committed to ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment across all operations. It works closely with plant personnel and management to implement and maintain compliance with legal and corporate HSE standards. Its mission is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and zero defects in environmental and safety performance.

 

 

What You Can Expect as an HSE Specialist:

 

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and the corporate HSE management system.
  • Assist in the development and application of HSE policies and procedures in accordance with legal and corporate requirements.
  • Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of safety and environmental controls.
  • Participate in HSE committees and support emergency response procedures across all plants.
  • Collaborate in audits, inspections, and investigations of accidents and incidents.
  • Deliver training on HSE topics and follow up on their implementation.
  • Manage documentation and chemical safety systems, including safety data sheets.
  • Support waste management and promote a strong HSE culture within the plant.

 


Your Profile as an HSE Specialist:

 

  • Degree in Industrial, Environmental, Safety and Hygiene Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the HSE area within the automotive industry.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English level.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF, C-TPAT, OEA, and corporate systems (Blueprint, Oma, OLC).
  • Experience in risk assessment, emergency response, and environmental sampling procedures.
  • Ability to manage documentation and deliver effective training.
  • Capacity to collaborate with different departments and promote a safety culture.
