About the Team 

Lead regional team which are in task to implement and maintain Smart Factory Solutions acc. to Digital Transformation Program of Div C - Operations.

What can you look forward to as Head of Smart Factory Solutions – Region America:

• Responsible for implementation of Division C - Digital Manufacturing Strategy:
• Manage, Perform and Align of I 4.0 Maturity Roadmap for all Operations related departments.
• Drives the Process management for all production processes in the region
• Responsible for a regional/local PE network (PE, LPE) related to Domain O (OPS Fun. & up to XY plants)
• Support SP / OP planning for PFM/PPM projects in the production environment (I4.0 projects)
• Conduct trainings for operation Processes & Tools
• Participate in divisional development environment “Digital Cell Smart Factory“ and drive digital enablement of Smart Factories in the Region
• Ensure fulfillment of IT-related Maintenance standards and functional lead of “Smart Factory Teams” of plants / Ensure IT-Security in Production (PITS) of the Region.

Your Profile as Head of Smart Factory Solutions – Region America:    

• Knowledge and experience in production related business processes, management systems, production tools & methods
• General understanding of product & processes in Division C
• Technical and commercial understanding of process impact on KPI
• Management of international and intercultural teams
• Robust network within ZF Group, Div C and outside ZF
• Strong leadership and matrix skills with team spirit and global view
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
