What can you look forward to as Head of Plant SCM/Logistics:

• Deliver 98% of the customer's requirements on time and in the requested quantities, utilizing the best transportation methods.
• Schedule and monitor production programs, ensuring shipments meet customer requirements in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products in the most efficient manner and at minimal cost.
• Ensure the launch of new programs and engineering changes.
• Ensure that material purchases are in the quantity, quality, and timeframe that allows for continued production and meets production plans.
• Evaluate production line stoppages caused by material shortages and inventory levels.
• Implement production control systems consistent with material flow systems, including material flow systems, Kanban, line delivery, and level scheduling.
• Establish, verify, and implement the procedures and work instructions necessary for the effective operation of the department.

Your Profile as Head of Plant SCM/Logistics:      

• 10 years solid working experience in Materials, Shipping and relevant Functions
• 5+ years leadership experience
• Transformation competence and organizational development skills
• Coaching and Mentoring Skills / Business / Finance Management
• Results-oriented / Knowledge in Production Planning and Scheduling, Customer Portal Management, Transportation and Supply Chain
• Management, Logistics Project Evaluation and Management, Knowledge of Design, Flow, and Packaging Fleets
• Bachelor's or Engineering
• Advanced English
