About the Team

The Operations department is responsible for meeting production targets while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all processes. The team collaborates closely with supporting functions such as Quality, Materials, Maintenance, and New Programs. It is a fast‑paced environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What you can look forward to as Group Leader:

• Manage and control the fulfillment of the production plan for the assigned area.
• Coordinate daily activities with internal support teams (Quality, Materials, Maintenance, New Programs).
• Implement improvement strategies for KPIs such as OEE, Scrap reduction, productivity, and compliance with standards.
• Lead root-cause analyses, internal audits, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Manage workforce planning, team development, and weekly scheduling based on MPS requirements.
• Monitor operational metrics and lead results meetings with management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards (IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, C-TPAT, OEA).
• Control operational expenses and propose cost‑saving initiatives.

Your Profile as Group Leader:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency with Office package (Excel, Powerpoint) is required. 
• Experience in personnel management, production planning, and KPI analysis.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools, 5S, line balancing, auditing, and root-cause methodologies.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and lead workforce groups.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Intermediate English.
