What you can look forward to as Finance Tax Mexico Manager:

• Lead and develop local team of tax specialists and potentially a tax manager in future 
• Ensure preparation, review and delivery of over 300 complex Mexico tax compliance filings annually (includes VAT and corporate income tax plus all related transfer pricing filings)
• Manage the tax audit process for federal (SAT) and local income tax, profit sharing and VAT 
• Partner with Customs team to ensure proper compliance with all import/export obligations
• Manage the VAT recovery process with the plants to recover almost $40M USD from current and prior years
• Partner with ZF business divisions to enhance the company’s financial metrics and properly document the complex transfer pricing arrangements for the maquiladora regime
• Assist in year-end tax accounting process for Mexico including the design and implementation of the Mexico provision to tax return true-up for approximately 22 legal entities
• Responsible for coordination of annual advanced pricing transfer pricing agreements for 8 maquiladora legal entities
