We are looking to hire a Traffic Coordinator to join our team at ZF Santa Rosa. 

What you can look forward as Traffic Coordinator: 
•    The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for coordinating traffic flow in and out of company facilities and ensuring the efficient movement of goods.
•    Collaborate with various departments to schedule and prioritize shipments and deliveries.
•    Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
•    Communicate with drivers, vendors, and customers to resolve any issues or delays.
•    Maintain accurate records of all traffic activities and prepare reports for management.
•    Stay up-to-date with traffic regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.
•    Assist with the development and implementation of traffic procedures and protocols.
•    Manage and train a team of traffic employees, including scheduling and performance evaluations.

Your profile as Traffic Coordinator:
•    5+ years solid working experience in Traffic Coordinator and 3+ years leadership experience.
•    Automotive experience is a must (T1 preferable).
•    Experience in CTPAT audits.
•    Experience in all Transportation Methods (Sea freight, Airfreight, Cross Border, National, Locals) IMPO & EXPO.
•    Strong technical skills with: Microsoft Office
•    English Advanced
