About the Team
Santa Rosa Cast Products (SRCP) ZF Group company, dedicated to manufacturing rotors.
This Job Role is part of Job Family "Finance, Accounting and Controlling" / Sub-Job-Family "Business Controlling" and includes jobs primarily concerned with Strategic and operational controlling, cost analysis of operative processes and investments and the related management reporting, for a range of business organization units.
 

What you can look forward as Controller JR:

• Responsible for coordination of processes and preparation of analysis for month/year end closing, business planning, support in monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monitoring the development of costs and ensure proper measure tracking and reporting
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and accounting principles (IFRS)
• Review and audit payroll process
• Inventory reliability through monthly cycle counts
• Ensure expenses do not exceed Budget/Forecast
• Develop processes and strategies by working with cross-functional teams; manage process initiatives to ensure business requirements are incorporated and objectives are achieved.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for review by Plant Manager.
   

Your Profile as Controller JR:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business administration or related fields
• 3+ years related experience
• SAP Experience
• Communication skills (internally / externally)
• Excellent PC skills mandatory
