  • Develop and implement strategic business plan for next 5 years for Singapore that includes sales and marketing for all ZF Passenger Car products and services to support the overall strategy of ZF Aftermarket.
  • Continuously monitor the strategy, commercial policies, standards, guidelines and put appropriate/corrective actions in place where required.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities with the aim of reaching full market penetration through various sales channels by strengthening customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement annual Sales and Marketing tactical plan for all ZF products in line with overall aftermarket strategy of ZF in order to achieve financial growth targets and reach optimal market shares eg. Identify market potential and grow the business for ZF products and brands.
  • Monitor KPIs and action plans of the sales operations, overseeing the sales activities in terms of turnover and profitability.
  • Analyze customer requirements, forecasting and achieving planned sales revenue and profits. Take suitable actions in instances where and when deviations are occurring or are found.
  • Continuously develop and nurture customer relationship with major customers and identify future key contacts in the Singapore Aftermarket Industry.
  • Liaise with supply chain department for stock availability and delivery schedule.
  • Work closely with finance department and oversees the collection of overdue accounts from customers.
