Incoming Quality Controller

Job Description

What you can look forward as Incoming Quality Engineer:

• Conduct Supplier quality management
• Enter / Manage data of inspection result to / with SAP
•  Create Inspection Report
• Write 8D/QR6S (Quick Response 6 Sigma) reports
• Communicate with responsible OPU(Operating Product Unit) / suppliers people
• Support root cause analysis and development of countermeasure
• Facilitate RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action)as needed
• Confirm closure of issues and prevent recurrence

Your profile as Incoming Quality Engineer:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• More than 5 years of working experience in quality Management area
• Data entry and administration by using SAP experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of IATF-16949 Quality Management System is preferred
• Good command of English/Japanese (Oral and Written)
• Technical and process knowledge of Mechanical and Electronics
