Field Claims Analysis Engineer

Job Description

What you can look forward as Field Claims Analysis Engineer:

• Perform initial confirmation of 0km/field claim, conduct investigation, Issue 8d report, promote and tracking PRP, report the final conclusion to customer
• Facilitate and support RCCA, confirm closure of issue and prevent recurrence
• Enter / Manage data of claim information to / with SAP
• Manage Warranty requirements from customers.
• Communicate with responsible OPU / suppliers
• Convert VOC in business processes

Your profile as Field Claims Analysis Engineer:

• Associate degree in engineering or related field
• More than 3 years of working experience in automotive quality assurance area
• Direct contact to customers
• Communication skill and Negotiation skill in both English and Japanese
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Root cause analysis, Measurement tools
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electronics engineering
