Maintenance and Production Technician (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance and Production Technician (m/f/d) to join our Customer Services team in Saint-Hilaire-de-Bethmas, France. 

In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, production, and after-sales service processes.

What you can look forward to as Maintenance and Production Technician (m/f/d):

• Production & Assembly: Contribute to the assembly of products using tools, machinery, and production equipment.
• Quality Control: Perform proactive quality inspections, identify issues, and work with the team to address them.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct inventories, and suggest replenishments to ensure efficient operations.
• Order Preparation & Shipping: Process customer orders, monitor shipments via computer systems, and coordinate deliveries.
• Equipment Repairs: Repair returned products and ensure all administrative follow-ups are completed.
• Technical Support: Assist the Level 1 ServiceDesk and resellers by providing technical support, resolving issues, and managing complaints.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain internal product and process documentation.

Your Profile as Maintenance and Production Technician (m/f/d):

• Diploma level: BAC
• Knowledge of logistics processes and stock management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT tools.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken); English is an advantage.
• Technical skills in production, assembly, and quality control.
• Strong communication abilities for after-sales service.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to safety and compliance standards.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
