Quality Team plays a crucial role in producing components for automobiles. It helps Cost reduction, Identify the issues, Maintaining the supply chain, improve the product quality, Sustainability & etc.

What you can look forward to as Senior Engineer - Quality (m/f/d):

•   Having the competency to lead day to day issues related to suppliers, good sound knowledge about the commodities handling
•   Spearhead the development and promotion of a strong quality culture within the plant, emphasizing its importance throughout the organization.
•  Identify and proactively address quality risks, ensuring that potential issues are mitigated effectively.
•  Lead efforts to enhance the capabilities and capacity of the Plant Quality team, fostering growth and expertise.
• Take charge of implementing the Regional and Global Quality strategy within the plant, aligning it with ZF's DNA of Quality.
   

Your Profile Your Profile as Senior Engineer - Quality (m/f/d):

•   Hold a full-time BE (Bachelor of Engineering) degree. Possess 12 to 16 years of experience in relevant roles, demonstrating a strong track record of expertise in quality management.
•   Having the competency to lead day to day issues related to suppliers, good sound knowledge about the commodities handling
•   Possess a deep understanding of quality management principles, including IATF 16949, and the ability to implement and ensure compliance.
•   Develop and own the Continuous Improvement Plan for Plant Quality, continually seeking ways to enhance processes and outcomes.
