We are looking to hire a Sr Customer Service to join our team at Reynosa Plant.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Answering questions about a company’s products or services.

  • Providing proactive, responding promptly to customer inquiries & ensure delivery on time.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

 

Requeriments:

  • Collegue Degree.
  • SAP/OR9 Knowledge.
  • Automotive Industry experience: Ford, General Motors, Stellantis, etc
  • Bilingual - Oral & Written.
  • APICS Certificate is a plus.
  • Good communication skills
