We are looking to hire a Sr HR Specialist  to join our team at Reynosa.



  • Administer labor relations policies and agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and practices.
  • Support all activities related with benefits and compensation plans (analysis, reporting etc.)
  • Participate in meetings between labor and management.
  • Assess employee needs and whether organization can fulfill them.
  • Monitoring and follow-up of KPI’s: Absenteeism, turnover, others.
  • Active participation in activities related to Human Resources


  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field required
  • Minimum of five years of Employee Relations experience required.
  • Bilingual (English,/Spanish)
  • Experience in employee relations union and nonunion, functional human resources or labor/employment law.
  • Experience in Organization-wide job documentation, analysis, and evaluation
  • Experience managing conflict resolution in the workplace (Provides guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to departmental leaders and employees)
  • Experience in the administration, development, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, pay structures, Job structures, Job description.
  • Experience coaching, consulting and advising employees and HR & business stakeholders.
  • Technically proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint
  • Excellent problem solving, judgment, critical thinking, information analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work and communication effectively at all levels in the organization
