Responsibilities

• Elaborate ME documents when as be required (Mfg changes / Parameter sheets / validation sheets, etc)
• Coordinate activities with validation technical team
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Provide daily/weekly progress report of assignations
• Provide process improvment projects and/or initiatives to increase productivity over production lines.
• Preventing and reduction of variation and waste in the welding process.
• Implementation of continual improvement activities on welding process.
• Perform CQI15 internal audits (Laser & Friction welding processes).
   

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience on similar position
• Mechanical/Mechatronic/Metallurgy Engineering graduated. 
• Statistical Process Control tools knowledge (SPC).
• Problem solving methodology Knowledge (Green belt/Black belt/Red X, etc.)
• CAD skills (Any of Mechanical Desktop/SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Inventor, etc)
• Mechanical/tooling design/assembly skills
• Drawings, tolerances experience
• Electrical / pneumatical basic knowledge
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Microsoft Project/Word/SharePoint)
• PLC basic knowledge (desirable)
• Customer oriented
• Team working
• Leadership
• Work under pressure and fast environment
• 80% English (Read/Write/Speak)
