Your tasks as Returned Parts Diagnosis Engineer:

 

  • Analyze of costumer claim and returned parts with detection and diagnosis of unconformity cause;
  • Involved in maintenance and development of returned parts diagnosis workshop
  • Conduction and coordinates all activities and analysis in workshop including creation of technical and quality documentation
  • Communication with costumer about technical aspects of the product issues
  • Conduction regular reports and presentations of statistical measurements and evaluations of all workshop activities regarding workshop tasks and results of costumer claim analysis
     

Your profile as Returned Parts Diagnosis Engineer:

 

  • University degree in the field of Mechanical, Electrical engineering or Quality
  • Knowledge of quality tools is a must (PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, itd.)
  • Knowledge of MS Office is a must, previous experience in SAP is preferable
  • Fluent English language knowledge and preferable German language
