Human Resources Manager, Thailand

We are looking for a new colleague in HR department in Rayong, Thailand.


Your Tasks

This position is responsible to coordinate and manage all Human Resources, administration and security functions for of the company.

Liaise with various governments, institutional bodies on statutory and regulatory requirements. Formulate, maintain and provide guidance on the company policies to the employees.

Liaise with the various departments on the manpower and training needs and administrate the human resources recruitment.

Recommend, formulate and administrate the compensation and benefits structure and policy. Coordinate training and development of human resources of the company

Design and implement communication structures / channels for all levels of employees. Coordinates communications related to health, safety and environmental issues at the plant with interested parties.


Your Profile

HR Strategic, Management, Compensation & benefits, Training & development, Labor Relations, Communication, Administration & payroll;

Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Human Resources Management.

More than 10-years in HR experience of multination manufacturing industry;

Good command of English;

Social law knowledges, social competencies, business level English, excellent leadership and very good communication skills
