The ZF team focuses on the development, support, and operation of technologies for mobility electrification. It works across technical, administrative, and training areas to ensure efficient processes and talent development. The team operates in a dynamic, structured environment oriented toward continuous learning and operational excellence.

• Development and follow-up of tracking matrices and internal reports.
• Support on preparation of presentations and support materials for customer communication.
• Interaction with different internal departments within the organization.
• Support in quality improvement and organizational projects.
• Assistance in monitoring quality-related activities and documentation.

Your Profile as Customer Quality Intern:

• Active student of Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow up on activities and meet deadlines.
• Advanced - Intermediate English skills are considered a plus.
