What you can look forward to as Quality Assurance Engineer

• Carry out measurement system analysis and process capability studies.
• Support customer audits at the ZF plant.
• Oversee workplace release of volume production equipment.
• Participate in Run @ Rate activities.
• Provide on-site support for production of samples within the equipment supplier.
• Collaborate on preliminary acceptance of systems at the supplier.
• Conduct technical cleanliness analysis (TecSa).
• Ensure control plan fulfillment by checking available measuring capacity and implementing necessary measures.
• Perform various measurements and support measurement coordination with suppliers/customers.

Your Profile as Quality Assurance Engineer

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the quality area.
• Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, SPC, Troubleshooting, IATF 16949, and Drawing Interpretation (GD&T).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially metal stamping.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to travel with valid travel documents (Passport and US visa).
