As part of our production planning unit, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

What you can look forward to as Production Scheduler:

• Coordinate daily planning activities and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Create and manage production plans and orders based on forecasts and demand.
• Prioritize tasks to meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate production and shipping schedules across departments.
• React proactively to changes in production and demand.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize efficiency and minimize changeovers.
• Interface with purchasing and planning teams to resolve vendor-related issues.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent material obsolescence.

Your Profile as Production Scheduler:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP and production planning.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and solve problems proactively.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing and Quality.
• Knowledge of inventory management and production scheduling best practices.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
