About the Team

 

Our team is a dynamic mix of experienced and new members, dedicated to launching and managing new e-mobility projects. We focus on innovation and excellence in production, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.

What you can look forward to as Production Engineer

 

  • Leading and maintaining a strong production team.
  • Ensuring the KPIs of the production line (OEE, FTQ, Scrap, etc.).
  • Bringing together a multidisciplinary team (Safety, quality, production, maintenance) to solve challenges.
  • Managing the production line and all related aspects (KPIs, 5S, quality, downtimes, problem-solving, escalation topics, material availability, etc.).

Your Profile as Production Engineer

 

  • Engineering graduate.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes (riveting, welding, assembly, etc.).
  • Knowledge and experience in basic production indicators (OEE, Scrap, FTQ, downtimes, etc.).
  • Preferred knowledge in SAP.
  • Experience in managing people.
  • Proficiency in English preferred.
