What can you look forward as an IT Analyst Intern?

This position is responsible to monitor the IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, network, communication, and DC) and provide first level support to end users and computing workplaces.

Your tasks:

• 1st level support for end users and workplaces.

• 1st level support for networks.

• Perform OS deployment on standard workplaces.

• Deliver IT equipment for new and current employees.

• Act as the face of IT as first contact.

• Support voice and data network links.

• Support datacenter room, server, storage, backup, and environmental aspects.

• Participate in IT related projects based on business needs.

Your profile as an IT Analyst Intern:

• Cursing college in the field of computer science / business informatics.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure.

• Experience with different Windows OS.

• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
