Engineer Resident

About the Team

The team is responsible for ensuring the quality of residential products and services, coordinating field service activities, and maintaining productive relationships with customers. They work closely with other departments to support continuous improvement and compliance with quality standards.

• Direct and coordinate customer residential Quality Engineering and Mobile Service activities.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and assess product quality.
• Develop and maintain documents and procedures related to quality standards.
• Guide manufacturing personnel in the proper application of quality systems and tools.
• Utilize quality tools and lean manufacturing techniques for continuous improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional working groups and assist in concluding activities.
• Initiate and ensure proper conformity of engineering changes to quality standards.
• Perform activities in coordination with other departments and communicate effectively.

Your Profile as Engineer Resident:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject.
• 5+ years of related progressive experience in a in a quality-related role.
• Preferable experience in electronics, transmissions, gear manufacturing and/or transmission assembly (hands-on).
• Strong knowledge in problem-solving methodology and techniques.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to make recommendations to resolve problems effectively.
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management.
