What you can look forward to as Mechatronics Instructor:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver practical learning content in mechatronics for the IHK Dual Training Program.
• Integrate modern technologies and digital teaching methods into daily training activities.
• Monitor apprentices’ progress and provide individual guidance and mentoring.
• Design and implement interdisciplinary projects to strengthen technical and social competencies.
• Organize and document administrative tasks related to vocational training.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the training center.

Your Profile as Mechatronics Instructor:

• Certified Mechatronics Technician (AHK), ideally with Meister qualification or technical degree.
• Experience as a technical instructor; Train the Trainer certificate preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate and teach complex technical concepts.
• Independent, structured work approach with excellent teamwork skills.
• English language proficiency at level B1.
• Good MS Office skills.
