About the team:

The Digital Manufacturing team is a multidisciplinary group focused on driving innovation and efficiency within the plant by leveraging advanced manufacturing technologies. The team brings together expertise from production, maintenance, and quality to develop practical, high-impact solutions that address real operational challenges. By combining additive and subtractive manufacturing processes, the team fosters a hands-on, collaborative environment where ideas are rapidly prototyped, tested, and implemented to continuously improve performance and support smart manufacturing initiatives.

 

 

What you can look forward to as Digital Manufacturing Intern:

  • Apoya el desarrollo y ejecución de soluciones de manufactura digital para optimizar procesos en planta.
  • Diseña y fabrica piezas funcionales mediante impresión 3D (manufactura aditiva).
  • Desarrolla prototipos y brinda soporte en proyectos de maquinado CNC (manufactura sustractiva).
  • Crea herramientas y dispositivos personalizados que mejoran la eficiencia operativa.
  • Colabora con áreas de producción, mantenimiento y calidad para resolver problemas reales.
  • Aplica tecnologías de manufactura aditiva y sustractiva para impulsar la innovación en planta.

 

 

Your Profile as Digital Manufacturing Intern:

  • Estudiante de Ingeniería en Diseño Industrial, Mecatrónica, Mecánica o afín.
  • Conocimientos en diseño CAD (preferentemente Autodesk Fusion 360 o SolidWorks).
  • Deseable: experiencia en impresión 3D (FDM) y/o CNC.
  • Interés por la manufactura aditiva, prototipado rápido y mejora de procesos.
  • Manejo de herramientas de edición de video para documentación de procesos y proyectos (ej. Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.).
  • Habilidad para identificar necesidades de producción y proponer soluciones prácticas.
  • Proactivo, creativo y orientado a resultados.
  • Disponibilidad: de 8:00 AM a 4:00 PM.
