About the Team

At ZF, our Customer Service Planning team ensures smooth coordination between customer demand and production execution. We focus on accurate planning, inventory control, and timely delivery. Our collaborative environment fosters innovation and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 


What you can look forward to as Customer Service Planner:

 

  • Receive and post customer requirements, including new models and service parts, into SAP.
  • Analyze customer demand and forecast future needs to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Production Scheduler to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Upload effective planning into SAP and monitor shipment schedules.
  • Communicate weekly and future requirements across departments.
  • Update material master parameters and generate capacity files for planning.
  • Define break points for new components to avoid obsolescence or shortages.
  • Resolve issues related to production, shipments, returns, and customer complaints.

 


Your Profile as Customer Service Planner:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP (PP, MM) and customer service or production planning.
  • High proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Effective communicator with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in inventory and capacity planning.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of premium freight processes and SAP record maintenance.
