About the Team

As part of the Plant Management Team, the ZF Production System (ZF PS) Lead plays a pivotal role in driving lean transformation and operational excellence. The team is committed to continuous improvement, fostering a culture of problem-solving, and ensuring sustainable performance across all plant functions. Collaboration, coaching, and strategic alignment are at the heart of our approach.

What you can look forward to as ZFPS Lead:

• Lead Lean initiatives across the plant, coaching teams and promoting a problem-solving culture.
• Identify and eliminate waste through Gemba walks and structured action planning.
• Drive performance improvement aligned with strategic KPIs and the ZF PS roadmap.
• Conduct and lead workshops, audits, and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practice replication across the plant.
• Set and align priorities using the Shop Floor Management (SFM) concept.
• Ensure sustainability of improvements through effective planning and qualification.
• Track and improve key performance indicators (LTAR, OPV, ITR, PPP, OEE, FCP) and CIS targets.

Your Profile as ZF PS Lead:

• Academic degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced problem-solving skills (e.g., Six Sigma, Red X).
• Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing and ZF PS principles.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, especially at the management level.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to lead projects, build teams, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Robust network within product lines, regions, and divisions.
