R&D Test Engineer (m/f/d)

For our location Kocaeli/Gebze, we are looking for a R&D Test Engineer (m/f/d).   

Tasks:

• Preparation of technical reports according to customer specifications. Maintaining continuous improvement of testing facility and related activities (test reports, error diagnostics, analysis, rectification of test facility)
• Lead new projects and measurement tasks in the automating systems of test rigs.
• Collaborate in project teams and other functional departments.
• Job-related leadership of test department employees and solve technical problems in product and development testing.
• Cooperate with Testing Services Germany headquarter as well as with other branches worldwide.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience in testing or development activities.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Turkish, German language skill is a plus.
• Knowledge of measurement techniques, hydraulics, metallurgy, and capability to read and understand technical specifications.
• Hands on experience in Automotive and/or Supplier Industry and also familiar with development processes. Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with a demonstrated ability to produce technical reports.
• Living or willing to live in Asian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & Izmit)
